Jane McCoy, 56

Memorial services for Jane McCoy, age 56 of Denver, Colo., will be 10:30 a.m. Friday, Sept. 24, 1999 at First United Methodist Church. Burial will be in the Blair Cemetery. Jane passed away at her residence on Sunday, Sept.19, after a lingering illness.

Jane Marie McCoy was born on Nov. 21, 1942, in Blair. She was the daughter of Michael Christopher and Charlotte Mackaman Christopher. She attended school in Blair and graduated from Blair High School in 1960. She then attended Methodist Hospital School of Nursing where she received her registered nursing degree. She worked at Methodist Hospital in Omaha as a surgical nurse. She later moved to Denver, Colo., where she continued as a surgical nurse until 1998. She had been married to Jerry McCoy.

Jane is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, Michael and Tanya McCoy; daughter and son-in-law, Molly and John Williams; grandson, Connor Williams, all of Denver; mother Charlotte Christopher, Blair; two sisters, Judy Wilkin, Houston, Texas; Joi Oppliger, Farwell, Texas; one brother, Rocky Christopher, Vail, Colo. She was preceded in death by her father, Michael Christopher.

Campbell-Aman Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
