Services for Lula M. Fallon, 87, of Elkhorn, were planned for 2 p.m., Wednesday at Bethany Lutheran Church in Elkhorn. The Rev. W. K. Schmidt will officiate.

Mrs. Fallon died Monday in the Blair Hospital while taking treatment in a whirlpool bath.

She was born Feb. 14, 1891, in Hannibal, MO. She was a longtime resident of Elkhorn.

The former Lula Fredrick, she married Walter Fallon who died March 10, 1950.

Survivors include sons, Edwin of Elkhorn and Russell of Waterloo; daughters, Mrs. Peter (Bernice) Hanson of Blair and Mrs. Elnora Rader of Elkhorn; 18 grandchildren; 37 great-grandchildren; brother, Lewis Fredrick of Hannibal, MO; sister, Hazel McClain of Hannibal, MO.

Visitation was at Swanson Funeral Home in Elkhorn. A memorial has been established to the Elkhorn Rescue Squad.

Burial was to be in Prospect Hill Cemetery.
