Services for Roger K. Ryan, 48, of Elkhorn, who died Friday, December 27, 1985, at Methodist Hospital in Omaha, were held Monday, December 30, at the United Methodist Church. The Rev. Ken Bunnell officiated and burial was in the Blair Cemetery.

Ryan was born October 31, 1937, the son of James and Vivian Ryan of Omaha. He married SaraLee L. Elvers on November 27, 1971, in Omaha.

He was employed with Honeywell Construction Engineering.

Ryan was a member of the Omaha-Benson Masonic Lodge No. 290, and the American Society of Heating and Air Conditioning.

He attended Omaha North High School and the University of Nebraska Omaha.

Survivors include his wife, SaraLee of Elkhorn; one son Patrick, also of Elkhorn; His mother, Vivian Ryan of Omaha; and two brothers, James of Sioux Falls, South Dakota, and Donald of Millard.

Pallbearers were Ben Bennett, Marlin Hooge, Dick Brasel, Bob Ryan, Bob Kolb, and David Ryan. Organist was Claire Cowing and vocalist was David Carlson.

Campbell Funeral Home of Blair was in charge of arrangements.
