Services for George “Ray” Rybin, Jr., of Lake Havasu, Arizona and formerly of Omaha, who died May 21, 1993 in Lake Havasu were Wednesday, May 26 at Dworak Vinton Street Chapel in Omaha. Interment was in Forrest Lawn.

He, his father and his brother operated Omaha Gas Appliance which later became Rybin Plumbing and Heating. He was owner of Robert Supply and the Cottonwood Marina.

He was a veteran. He was also responsible for getting the submarine and mine sweeper in Freedom Park in Omaha.

He was preceded in death by a son, James Ray Rybin.

He is survived by his wife, Norma; son, Jeffrey; son and his wife, George III and Vandie; sisters, Rosemary Lassek and Catherine Dobbertin and five grandchildren, Gina, Joshua, Jacob, George IV and Joel and nieces and nephews.

Memorials may go to Pella Lutheran Church.
