Christine McDonald Of Crowell Home, Died Tuesday

Mrs. Christine McDonald, a resident of Crowell Memorial Home, died at the home Tuesday, February 24. She was 88 years of age, having been born May 13, 1887 at Neligh, Nebraska. She was the mother of Mrs. Gilbert Potadle of Herman.

Mrs. McDonald’s husband preceded her in death in January 1969.

The deceased is survived by two daughters: Mrs. Potadle of Herman and Mrs. Robert Peterson of Logan, Utah. She is also survived by two sisters, Mrs. Emma Whitmore of Albert Lea, Minnesota, and Mrs. Doris Lorenzen of Des Moines, Iowa.

Burial services were held this morning (Thursday) at 9 a.m. at the Crowell Memorial Home with the Rev. Guy McClure, Superintendent of the Home, conducting the services. Burial, under the direction of the Campbell Mortuary, was made in the Herman Cemetery.
