Services for August Schumacher To Be Friday

Services for 62 year old August F. Schumacher will be held on Frida, January 20th, at the Emmaus Lutheran Church in Kennard. Mr. Schumacher died at the Blair Hospital on Tuesday, January 17th.

Rev. Wayne Josephson will officiate at the 10:30 a.m. services with the Campbell Funeral Home in charge of arrangements. Burial will be in the German Cemetery at Bennington, Nebraska.

Mr. Schumacher was born at Kennard, Nebraska, on June 29, 1915. He was a farm laborer and listed his residence at 2600 N. Laverna, Fremont.

Mr. Schumacher was divorced and has two surviving children. They are Mrs. Robert (Wendy) Reznicek, of Dodge, Nebraska, and Dennis Schumacher of Fremont. There is one grandchild.

Brothers and sisters include the following: Mrs. Claus (Sophia) Wrigg, Kennard; Christina Stender, Blair; Mrs. Harry (Margaret) Andreasen, Kennard; Mrs. Eva Wrigg, Blair; Mrs. Art (Hilda) Mueller, Blair.

There are two deceased brothers, Otto and Chris.
