EX-ARLINGTON MAN IS DEAD

E. H. DUNKLAU, 76, DIES AT FREMONT; BURIAL IN ST. PAUL CEMETERY

Funeral services for E. H. Dunklau, 76, former Arlington farmer who died at Fremont, were held last Wednesday at Trinity Lutheran Church in Fremont.

The Rev. Victor Hoffman officiated. Mrs. Rupert Dunklau sang two numbers. Pallbearers were Martin Kruger, Emil Dunklau and Ewald Dunklau, all of Arlington; Harold Robbins of Fairmont, Minn., and Albert Kruger of Fremont. Burial was in the family lot at St. Paul’s Cemetery north of Arlington.

Mr. Dunklau was born near Arlington Oct. 24, 1873. He farmed there many years before moving to Fremont.

Surviving him are his wife; one son, Lorenz Dunklau of Arlington; and three daughters, Mrs. Albert Wehmeyer, Mrs. Glenn Giesselman and Mrs. Arthur Wittman, all of Arlington. One son preceded him in death in 1923.

Other survivors include two brothers, Louis Dunklau of Arlington and Henry Dunklau of Fresno, Calif.; three sisters, Mrs. Lena Kruger of Fremont, Mrs. Daniel Drude of Truman, Minn., and Miss Johanna Dunklau of St. Paul, Minn. There are 11 grandchildren.
