Word has been received by relatives of the death of Roe F. Carter of Fresno, Calif. Mr. Carter left Blair, when he was 16, and he and his sons operated a plumbing and electrical supply business in Fresno. He had been hospitalized since the first of April.
He is survived by one brother, Ray Carter of Blair, and several cousins who live in the area.
