LENORA C. DUNKLAU, 82

Services for Lenora C. Dunklau, 82 of Arlington who died September 26, 1991 at Clarkson Hospital in Omaha were Monday, September 30 at St. Paul’s Lutheran Church near Arlington. Rev. Michael Rogers officiated. Burial was in St. Paul’s Cemetery.

Lenora C. Dunklau was born December 2, 1908 in Arlington to Herman and Ida Scheer Hilgenkamp. She lived her entire life in the Arlington area.

She was a member of St. Paul’s Lutheran Church, past member of Lutheran Women’s Missionary League, and a past member of TOPS (Take Off Pounds Sensibly).

She married Emily(sp) A. Dunklau September 3, 1931 at Arlington. They farmed near Arlington until moving into Arlington in 1960.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Emil, August 4, 1984; and a sister, Dorothy Grefe.

She is survived by three sons, LeRoy, David and Dyral, all of Arlington; two sisters, Olinda Kruger and Margaret Schmidt, both of Arlington; nine grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.

Pallbearers were Galen Dunklau, Lonnie Tourek, Gary Grefe, Mick Grefe, Alan Wiese and Brian Rasmussen. Helen Hilgenkamp was organist.

Reckmeyer-Moser Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
