Services were Sunday, March 3 at First United Methodist Church in Bastrop, Texas for Margaret Flynn Phillips, 78 who died March 1, 1996 at her home in Bastrop.

Margaret Flynn Phillips was born July 23, 1917 at Ord, Nebraska.

She was married to Roland B. Phillips.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Roland and two brothers, Richard Flynn and Robert Flynn.

She is survived by five children, Tom of Livermore, California; Pamela Rezor of Acton, Massachusetts; Christopher of Toronto, Canada; Roger of England and Megan Lowery of Smithville, Texas; two sisters, Ruth (Mrs, R.J.) Lippincott of Blair and Isabel (Mrs. Eli) Shapnek of Scotia, New York and three brothers, Tom Flynn, Adrian Flynn and Eugene Flynn, all of Blair.
