Obituary printed in July 23, 1915 Enterprise, Blair, NE

Frank Brooks received a telephone message from Lincoln yesterday A.M. announcing the death of his niece, Miss Elzada Scott, daughter of his sister, former resident of Blair for many years. The two sisters graduated from the Blair High school several years ago, after which they graduated in the literary department of the state university and have been engaged in teaching ever since. Deceased was regarded as a very bright scholar. No information as to the cause of death was imparted in the telephone message. Mr. Brooks departed for Lincoln on the afternoon train.
