Obituary printed in Oct. 17, 1918 Tribune, Blair, NE

Mrs. Thomas Scott, of this city, died at the home of her granddaughter, Mrs. I.C. Cahoon, on Sunday evening of apoplexy aged about 60 years. Mrs. Scott went to Nickerson last week to take care of her granddaughter who was ill with influenza. The body arrived in Blair on Monday evening and was taken to her home where funeral services were held on Wednesday and interment made in the Blair cemetery. She is survived by her husband, two sons and one daughter. She had been a resident of Blair 43 years.
