Services will be Friday, Oct. 4 at Fort Calhoun Presbyterian Church for Robert R. Caruso, 69 of Fort Calhoun, who died Oct. 1, 1996 at his home. Rev Gregg L. Miller will officiate. Burial will be in Evergreen Memorial Park with an Omaha Police Honor Guard performing at graveside services.

Visitation will be from 7 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. Thursday at Heafey-Heafey-Hoffmann-Dworak & Cutler’s West Center Chapel.

Robert R. Caruso was born Dec. 6, 1926 in Omaha to Tony and Agnes Groman Caruso. He was married to Marianna Kirk Caruso. He was an Omaha Police Officer.

He was preceded in death by son, Bobby.

He is survived by his wife, Marianna; sons and daughters-in-law Gary and Elizabeth, Ft. Calhoun; Terry and Lynne, Omaha; and Steve, Grand Island, Neb.; grandchildren, John, Wes, Jessica, Cassi Jason, Jennifer, Rico and Bobby; three great-grandchildren; brothers-in-law and a sister-in-law, Leonard Kirk, Omaha and Jack and Marge Loughran, Ralston and nieces and nephews.

Pallbearers will be John Caruso, Wes Caruso, Jessica Caruso, Jason Caruso, Jennifer Caruso, Rico Caruso, Bobby Caruso and Cassi Lewis.
