FORMER HERMAN NATIVE IS BURIED IN LYONS

Funeral services were held Tuesday, October 5, at Divide Center Presbyterian Church at Lyons, Nebraska for Mrs. Leland Case, who died October 2 following an illness of several years.

Rev. Walter Millett of Tekamah officiated.

Doris Audet Case was born July, 20, 1923, at Herman to Mr. and Mrs. John Reyzlik.

She attended the Herman Schools and graduated in 1941. At the time of her residence at Herman, she was affiliated with the Baptist Church and was a Sunday School teacher for a number of years.

She and Leland Case were married July 14, 1945, at Baltimore, Md. They returned to Nebraska to reside on a farm in the Lyons area. Six children were born to the couple.

On April 6, 1947, Mrs. Case became a member of the Divide Center Presbyterian Church.

Survivors include her husband Leland of Lyons; three sons, John Samuel of Council Bluffs, James Russell of South Sioux City and David Lee of Lyons; three daughters, Mrs. James Culp (Mary Louise) of West Seneca, N.Y.; Mrs. Frank Parker (Shirley Ann) of Highland Springs, Va.; and Mrs. Tom Gatzemeyer (Jane Marie) of Newcastle; three grandsons; four granddaughters; her parents, Mr. and Mrs. John Reyzlik of Herman, and one brother, Richard Reyzlik, also of Herman.

Burial was in Lyons Cemetery.
