Services Held Monday for Leveta McGee

Graveside services were held Monday morning, Dec. 3, at Hillcrest Cemetery in Omaha for Leveta Bell McGee. Dr. Gordon Patterson officiated.

Born May 18, 1902 to Levi Hart and Eliza Jane (Rhodus) Murphy in Decatur, Leveta attended school in Decatur and Macy. She married Fred McGee in 1920 in Papillion. Mr. McGee preceded her in death in April of 1970.

Survivors include children Daniel McGee of Atlanta, Georgia and Billy Smith of Thousand Oaks, California; brother Hershel Murphy of Omaha and sisters Mrs. Roy Spanton of Blair and Mrs. Gladys Holbrook of Omaha.

A resident of Good Shepherd Home, Leveta, 82, was preceded in death by two brothers and two sisters.
