JOSEPHINE CAVENDER BURIED
Funeral services and burial were held in Sunland, California, for Mrs. Josephine Cavender of North Bend and formerly of Fremont, who died at North Bend.
Josephine Cavender was born December 7, 1878, in Wheeling, West Virginia, and lived in communities in Kansas, Nebraska and California. She had lived in Birchwood Manor at North Bend since 1972. She was a member of the Methodist Church.
She married Tillison Covender (sp) May 14, 1912, in Bridgeport, Ohio. He preceded her in death in November, 1971.
She is survived by one son, F. H. Cavender, of Sunland, California; and one daughter, Mrs. Orval (Wilma) Andreason of Fremont. Five grandchildren and ten great-grandchildren also survive her.
Moser Memorial Chapel was in charge of arrangements.
