Mrs. Ruth Mcllheran’s Death Follows Husband’s By 3 Months

Word has just been received that Mrs. A. L. Mcllheran (Ruth) passed away at the Clarkson Hospital in Omaha during the first week in July. She had moved to Fremont in June where she planned to make her home.

Mr. Mcllheran had died suddenly in his home in Mesa, Arizona, on April 23rd.

Their bodies were cremated and distributed over the desert in Arizona.

They are survived by a son, Robert Mcllheran in Fremont and a daughter, Mrs. Stack Samuelson (Jean) of Osceola, Iowa. Also four grandchildren.

Mr. and Mrs. Mcllheran were well known in Blair. They owned and operated the B & C Shop before retiring and moving to Arizona. Both were very active in the Blair Methodist Church.

Note: Since the actual death date was not given, and the article said during the first week in July, July 1 was used.
