Memorial services for Tatum McIntosh, age 17 of Herman, who died at St. Joseph’s Hospital in Omaha May 4, 1990 of a gunshot wound will be at 10 a.m. Thursday, May 16, at the First Baptist Church in Herman with Rev. Larry Orvis officiating.

Tatum Mitchell McIntosh was born on April 6, 1973 in Blair, Nebraska to Gerald and Kathleen Parker McIntosh. He attended the Tekamah-Herman School and has been employed with Shamburg Dairy.

He is survived by his parents, Gerald and Kathleen, Herman; one brother, Brice, Herman and grandparents, Donald and Arline Parker of Oakland, Nebraska.

Campbell-Aman Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
