Virginia R. Seiffert, 82

Virginia R. Seiffert, 82, of Blair, died Friday, Nov. 21, 2003, at Memorial Community Hospital in Blair.

Funeral services will be 1 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 28, at First Presbyterian Church in Sioux City, Iowa.

Virginial R. Seiffert was born Sept. 24, 1921, at Harlan, Iowa, to William and Minnie (Theis) Wilkinson. She grew up in Council Bluffs, Iowa, where she graduated from Abraham Lincoln High School.

In 1946, she married Russell E. Seiffert at Denver, Colo. Most of their lifetime was spent in Sioux City, Iowa. In June, 2002, she moved to Blair to be near her daughter.

Mrs. Seiffert is survived by her daughters and sons-in-law, Elizabeth and Ronald Fude of Blair, and Martha and Bill Bloodworth of Newburgh, Ind., sons and daughters-in-law, John and Jackie Seiffert of Aurora, Colo., and Bill and Kathy Seiffert of Dallas, Texas; five grandchildren; one brother, Bill Wilkinson of Council Blufffs.

She was preceded in death by her husband.

Campbell-Aman Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
