SERVICES FOR DUDLEY HELD

Funeral and burial services were held Saturday, July 21, for Mrs. Mildred Arlene Dudley of Blair. Mrs. Dudley, the daughter of Christian and Antionette Andersen, was a cook at the Good Shepherd Home. She was preceded in death by her husband, William Dudley.

Services were conducted by Rev. Kurt Sortland at First Lutheran Church in Blair, with organist Clare Cowing accompanying vocalist Charles Pille. Burial was at the Herman Cemetery. She was 56.

Survivors include children Sandra Roberts of Blair; Gail Dorathy of Tekamah; Gary Dorathy of Tekamah; Pam Dorathy of Herman; Mrs. Don (Maria) Matzen of Blair; Gerald Dudley of Blair; Richard Dudley of California; five grandchildren; brothers, Eugene, Dale and Duane Andersen of Blair; sisters Mrs. Kenneth (Norma) Thruhlsen, Mrs. Wallace (Alice) Plummber, and Mrs. Clarence (Helen) Sheets of Blair; and mother Claire Andersen of Blair.

Honorary pallbearers were Dr. G. A. Kuether, Lawrence Makinen, Wallace Plummer, Clarence Sheets, Ron Stork and Kenneth Truhlsen. Active pallbearers were Donald C. Andersen, Lyle Christensen, Kent Petersen, Ed Rhoade, Jr., Bruce Skinner and Kenneth Wulf.
