DARCY R. DORFMEYER, 39

Darcy R. Dorfmeyer, 39, of Fremont, died Saturday, Sept. 30, 2000, at Bryan LGH East in Lincoln.

Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Wednesday, Oct. 4, at Trinity Lutheran Church in Fremont. The Rev. Phillip Vance and the Rev. Donald Levenhagen will officiate. Interment will be at Memorial Cemetery in Fremont.

Visitation will be held from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. on Tuesday, Oct. 3, with the family receiving friends from 6:30 to 8 p.m. at Moser Memorial Chapel in Fremont. Visitation will also be held at the church, one hour prior to services.

Darcy R. Dorfmeyer was born Oct. 23, 1960, in Fremont to Bob and Marva Dorfmeyer. She grew up and lived in Fremont all of her life.

She was a 1979 graduate of Fremont High School, and had previously been employed at Godfather’s Pizza, Hy-Vee grocery store, and at the Fremont Tribune. She was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church in Fremont.

She is survived by her parents, a brother and sister-in-law, Ryan and Darcy J. Dorfmeyer of Fremont; and a brother, Troy Dorfmeyer of Omaha; a sister and brother-in-law, Tricia and Dale Holzerland of Ames; and a niece, Hayli Dorfmeyer.

She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Albert and Vera Laaker and Henry and Lorna Dorfmeyer.

Memorials are suggested to the Nebraska Renal Program or Trinity Lutheran Church. Moser Memorial Chapel was in charge of arrangements.
