Mrs. Lutie McKay, 90, Died Thursday (Blair Cemetery records has Lucy)

Mrs. Lutie McKay, 90, passed away about noon today, (Thursday) November 3rd at the Memorial Community Hospital, where she had been confined following a heart condition. She had been residing at the Good Shepherd Home in later years having moved there from the Robinson Apartments.

Mrs. McKay was the widow of John McKay and is survived by a son, Willard McKay of Scribner, Nebraska and a daughter, Mrs. Paul Markham (Madelyn) of California, and one grandson, James McKay of Wisconsin.

Mrs. McKay was a veteran member of the Rebekah and Eastern Star Lodges . She was a charter member of the local Rebekah Lodge having joined when the Lodge was instituted more than 72 years ago. She had received a fifty year pin from eastern Star Lodge several years ago.

Funeral arrangements have not been completed. The Bendorf Funeral Home is in charge.
