Lillie Elizabeth Kuhlmann Wells Chandler, 99, a resident of East Valley Health Care in Mesa, Ariz., died Dec. 19, 1999.

Services were Tuesday, Dec. 21, 1999.

Lillie Elizabeth Kuhlmann Wells Chandler was born March 21, 1900, to Henry and Louise (Ruwe) Kuhlmann of Hooper.

She grew up in Herman area. She married Russell G. Wells and was a homemaker and mother. The couple moved to Mesa, Ariz. In1961. Her husband preceded her in death that year. She later married Harold Chandler who preceded her in death in 1995.

She is survived by four grandsons; six great-grandchildren; three nieces and one nephew.

She was preceded in death by her parents, two husbands and a daughter, Eloise Elizabeth Dinehart.
