BLAIRITE LEARNS OF DEATH OF SISTER-IN-LAW

Myrna Tyson has learned of the death of her sister, Mildred Tyson Chapman in Hawthorne, California, on July 21, 1980.

Mildred Tyson Chapman was born in Tekamah on February 14, 1900, to Art and Daisy Baker. She was married to Kenneth Tyson and resided on a farm north of Blair on the bottom until the early 1940’s. She has resided in Hawthorne, California, since 1950.

She is survived by a daughter, Barbara Tyson Perrius; sisters, Myrna Tyson, Blair, Jane McKenzie, Lyons, Helen Scoancutt, Hermosa, California; one brother, Kenneth Baker, Tekamah, other relatives and friends.

Funeral services will be Thursday, July 24 at 1 p.m. at the Del Air Baptist Church in Hawthorne, California. Burial will be at Hawthorne.

The family requests that memorials be given to the American Heart Association. (
