Word has been received of the death of the little adopted son of Mr. and Mrs. George Doll, Peter Bob, as he was called, at the Lemar (Colo.) General hospital on August 14th, following a short illness. The funeral was held at the Doll home at Sheridan Lake, Colo., on the 16th. Mr. and Mrs. Doll were former Blair residents and it was while they lived here they took little Peter Bob to be their son and heir. He was nine years of age. Their many friends here sympathize with them deeply, but remind them of the familiar lines, “it is better to have loved and lost than never to have loved at all.”
