Lance Donaldson, a grandson of Mr. and Mrs. Ed Donaldson and Mr. and Mrs. Cecil Gilbert, all of Blair, was killed in an automobile accident which took place in Fremont last Thursday evening. Lance is the son of Tom Donaldson, a former Blair man, and the former Joyce Gilbert, also of Blair.

Lance, who was 18 years of age, was killed when the car in which he was riding went out of control while passing another vehicle and slammed into an embankment and rolled over in a ditch.

Driver of the car was Stephan Burgen, 16, of Fremont, who was taken to the Nebraska Methodist Hospital in Omaha in serious condition.
