HOWARD CHARLOT DIED SUDDENLY THURSDAY, OCTOBER 21

William Howard Charlot retired Washington County farmer, died Thursday, October 21st at the Methodist Hospital in Omaha after a brief illness. He was 61 years of age, having been born March 8th, 1915.

The deceased and his wife Doris (Rogers) Charlot lived at 4808 North 27th Street.

He was born in Blair and grew up in the Sutherland School district west of Blair. His father was a farmer and for a time Howard continued to operate the family farm, but retired and moved to Blair. For a brief period he was in business in Blair.

He is survived by his wife, Doris, and by two sons, Mark Childs of Omaha and Roger Johnson, of Denver.

Funeral services were held at the Campbell Mortuary Monday morning, October 25th. The Rev. Gordon Patterson conducted the services.

Burial was made in the Blair Cemetery. Pallbearers were Ross Love, J. Merton Kuhr, R. J. Lippincott, Raymond Wilson, Everett Holstein and Hansel Vogt.
