DEATH FROM ALCOHOLISM

Harvey Cheney, a carpenter who has been employed in and around Arlington for the past two years, died Saturday from the effects of alcoholism, due to bootleg whiskey. Dr. Davies had been attending the man and found him dead in bed. The deceased came to Arlington from Kansas two years ago accompanied by his wife who died shortly after his arrival. The deceased was an industrious mechanic, but three weeks ago entered on the spree which ended in his death. Mr. Cheney carried insurance papers and the body was removed to Rockford, Mo., for burial.
