Mrs. Eveline Child, 96 who has made her home here with her daughter, Mrs. P. S. Chenoweth, died Wednesday of last week while visiting at the home of her daughter, Mrs. W. A. Beatty, 4211 South Twenty-third Street, Omaha. She is survived by two sons, G. B. Child, of Omaha, and O. E. Child, of Moline, Ill., and three daughters, Mrs. Beatty, Mrs. H C. Burnham and Mrs. Emily Chenoweth, of this city. Funeral services were held Friday morning at 10 at the Hoffman Funeral Home in Omaha. Burial was in Laurel Hill Cemetery.

AGED BLAIR RESIDENT DIES

The death of Mrs. Evelyn Childs, occurred in Omaha last week, while she and her daughter, Mrs. Emma Chenowith, also of this city, were spending the winter there.

Mrs. Childs, who was past ninety-six years of age, has been a resident of Blair for many years.

Besides her daughter in Blair, she leaves two daughters, Mrs. Ida Beatty and Mrs. Burnham of Omaha, and one son, Geo. R. Childs of Moline, Illinois.

Burial was made in Laurel Hill Cemetery beside her husband, who passed away many years ago.
