Services for Stanley F. Micek, 73 were Wednesday, November 2 at St. Bernards Church in Omaha. Burial was in Calvary Cemetery with military graveside honors by Veterans of Foreign Wars Post No. 2503.

He was preceded in death by a daughter, Nancy Micek and a brother, Joseph Micek.

He is survived by his wife, Doris Micek; a son and daughter-in-law, Michael P. and Sandra Micek, all of Omaha; a daughter and son-in-law Jane and Stephen Horn of Blair; grandchildren and their spouses, David and Mary, Michelle Horn, Eric Horn, Michael II, Richard A. and Kim Micek; great-grandchildren, Ryan P. Micek and Christopher Horn; a brother, Edward Micek and sisters, Cecilia Micek, St. Mary Dorothea, Clara Cap, Helen Wade and Mary Olsen.

Memorials may be directed to St. Bernards Church, Omaha Walking Club or the Visiting Nurses Association.

John A. Gentleman Westside Chapel was in charge of arrangements.
