Mary Ann Robinson Succumbs To Heart Attack

Ill since 1936, Dies Suddenly. Helpless for Years

The sudden death of Mary Ann Robinson, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. R.H. Robinson on Wednesday morning came as a blow to the community. Ill since 1936, a hopeless invalid, her patient cheerful manner of life in the face of such odds endeared her to everyone and words of sorrow are heard on every hand.

After years of suffering and unable to move even her hand or foot she died suddenly Wednesday morning of a heart attack.

She was born on July 10, 1923 in Blair and attended the Blair schools. A general favorite for her sunny disposition she was loved by all. When a junior in high school she was stricken and has since that time been an invalid growing gradually worse.

Everything possible has been done. Medical skill of the best has been bestowed upon her and loving, sympathetic parents have done all that was possible but to no avail.

Besides her parents, she leaves a brother, C.J. Robinson, and a grandmother, Mrs. Hattie Delinger.

Funeral services will be held at the Episcopal church at 2:30 Friday afternoon with Rev. Smith and Joyner officiating and interment under the supervision of the Campbell Mortuary will be made in the Blair Cemetery.
