Services for Riley W. Brodersen, 72, who died Friday, January 24, 1986, at Blair Memorial Community Hospital will be Tuesday, January 28, 2 p.m. at the Herman Legion Hall. The Rev. Larry Orvis will officiate and burial will be in the Herman Cemetery.

Brodersen was born Feb. 13, 1913, the son of James and Sadie Brodersen of Herman. He attended Hillcreek School and graduated from the Herman High School.

He married Norma Schulz on November 11, 1938, in Rockport, Missouri.

He farmed all of his life.

Survivors include his wife, Norma of Herman; three sons, Larry of Wayne, Dale of Herman, and Roger of Omaha; one daughter, Mrs. John (Linda) O'Loughlin of Omaha; one brother, Robert of Tekamah; one sister, Mrs. May Van Valin of Wakefield; nine grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.

Pallbearers will be Joe Cameron, Eugene Christiansen, John Brodersen, Mike Brodersen, Jack Cameron and Ervin Clements.

Organist will be Clare Cowing.

Campbell Funeral Home in Blair is in charge of arrangements.
