Arthur John Richter, 96, of 5070 Buck Lake Road, Tallahassee, Florida, died Thursday at home.
The service will be 4pm Sunday at Fort Calhoun Cemetery in Fort Calhoun, Nebraska.
A native of Blair, Nebraska, he had lived in Tallahassee for the last 17 years. He was a retired timberman, a Lutheran and a World War I veteran.
Survivors include a daughter, Barbara Stoutamire; a son, Albert Richter of Tucson, Arizona; seven grandchildren and ten great-grandchildren.
