Timothy William Kelley, age 67 of Blair, passed away February 11, 2026, at his home in Blair. Private graveside services will be held in the Blair Cemetery. A celebration of life will be held Tuesday, February 17, 2026, at 1:00 p.m. at Kelley's Fish Market in Blair.
Tim was born July 9, 1958, in Blair, Nebraska, the son of James and Dorothy (Maxwell) Kelley. He was raised in Blair and attended and graduated from Blair High School.
Throughout his working career he was employed with the Washington County Sheriff's Office as a Deputy and worked in construction, but his most loved occupation was always working on the river as a dredge operator. Tim had countless stories of the dangers he faced on the river.
Tim was a man who truly loved the outdoors. He carried a deep passion for hunting, fishing, trapping, raising his own garden and canning his yearly bounty.
Tim is survived by his sons Luke Kelley (Sheena Robinson) and Jesse Kelley; grandchildren Shyanne, Delray, Ivy, Carter and Nash Kelley; siblings Kathy Kelley, Mike (Susie) Kelley, Pat Kelley, Terry (Lisa) Kelley and Peggy (Curt) Casner, along with several nieces, nephews extended family and friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Jim and Dorothy.
Memorials may be directed to the family for later designation.
